So in the gym they have a 300 club. Which I thought was for guys who weighed 300 lbs. I felt I could eat my way in. Little did I know it was for guys (and I guess gals) who lifted 300 lbs in weights. Well, once I found out we weren't there to eat to get bigger I felt trapped and decided to bench press the 300 lbs. I get my photo on the wall at the gym. They have a 400 lb club too but now that I know what it means I am staying the hell away from them!!! L8TR

300 lbs. now that is impressive!! It is nice to hear you are in the "stay fit" mode.
I began training with your wonderful wife this week. I hope she means taking me from the sofa to the marathon literally. lol
My brother is coming home today from Iraq. We have not seen him in 9 months. He is working for a company called R4. He enjoys his work but the money is the real motivator.
Take care and keep the blog going. We all miss you!!! Becky
Hey you!
Iraq looks like loads of fun! Glad to see you are keeping busy, or at least trying, lol!
15 months? Wow! I thought they reduced all the tours to 12?
Anyway, Jason is still over there. He is at Camp Liberty, I think (It may be Camp Victory, I am not sure). He will be coming home in 70more days! I wish I could tell you that it goes by fast, but I am sure you would know that I am lying, LOL!
We will keep you in our thoughts and the Fort Bragg Crew sends a big HELLO!
TTYL!

Hola Chris
Saludos de San Antonio. That means "Greetings from San Antonio." Just making sure your Spanish stays good. Well, I lied. I told you things would get better once the conversion was done but not really. I seemed to have gotten busier. I really just thought the pay increase was because of my beauty and sense of humor : ). All is well here - traveling (heading to LA next week), working, and running. No, not from the police. Stay safe, we miss you terribly, and grumpy's is not the same without you.
Rosie
Hi Chris,
We are all at my house thinking and talking about you. Don't forget the eating part. We just had a fish fry and wished you were here. I'm going to let Cathy say Hi. Sally
Hey Chris - It's not quite the same without you! We're trying to make the best of it anyway. But really, not quite the same. Food was excellent - cooked by Craig. Beverages - excellent as always. Hang in there and try not to sweat too much! Cathy
Hey Dude - can't even believe how much we are all missing you! Just so not the same without you - we miss you at Grumpy's, on the bike, at the gym...not the same without your wonderful smile and sense of humor. Miss ya tons..we are eating your share (of course) xoxo - Tami
Como estas hoy? That means how are you today in English. Hey - just making sure that you don't forget your Spanish. Same as everyone above - missing you, thinking how much laughter you provided all the time, and counting the days until you get home. No and no babies yet. Take care and don't worry we are keeping your bike and your seat @ Grumpy's warm. : ) Rosie
Hey Babe, Guess who?
Just ate a bunch of fish, and I made the lemon lime cake, yum! Just not the same without you though! We miss you so much...wish you were here! I feel so "normal" being here with your/ our friends, it's so great. I promise, I ate a lot! Know you are loved, and missed, XXOO ur wifey
It is not the same without the big guy around. Can't wait to see the latest blog update. Keep'em coming.
Becky
300 lbs??? is that all? I thought you were a heavy weight. 400lbs this morning. Of course I don't have to lift as high in that my arms are shorter (feel better?).
