2009!!
Happy New Year everyone! I have several followers of my BLOG now. That is great! The new year was brought in by me asleep. They say whatever you are doing when the clock strikes 12 midnight is what you will be doing the rest of the year. I fell asleep reading a book so I will either be very rested or very well read. I hope everyone tips their glasses with a little Scotch in them or whatever you like. Enjoy the time with your family and friends. Thanks for all the emails. I miss you all. Taji is good.

Happy Birthday Chris. January is a great month for birthday's. I'm going to do something a little unusual for me and go for the whole month as my birthday month. I feel that since I'm turning 50 - OMG!!! - that I deserve to celebrate the entire month! I'm in good company celebrating my birthday this month with you, Lisa, Tami, my daughter Mandy and several nieces and nephews! I have been fighting my age for years, but according to my daughter I should be embracing it. My age has allowed me my many experiences in life and has also allowed me to become a grandmother - shall we say "Grammi". I'm not sure why I fight my age as I do love my life and the only other alternative to aging is...dieing... and that's not a choice for me. Anyway, Happy, Happy Birthday and a very Blessed New Year. Look forward to seeing you soon!! Cathy
