So we decided to go to Miami for a little fun in the sun and to see some friends while we are here. This place is out of control fun and I want to live here in my secret rock star/ movie star/ NBA player life. pics and stuff later...Can anyone write me a note so I can finish my tour in Iraq here on South Beach? I would be willing to suffer the next 5 months here without a complaint. Getting

I'm home!!!

1st meal = Sushi! I am on a crazy sleep schedule but at least it is a crazy schedule in my bed. I woke up at 3am today I have hopes of waking up normal in a day or two. I am really excited about being here and looking at all the new stuff. The neighborhood is so different. I will be like a stranger exploring around. Bobbi had the garage redone or maybe I should say had it done. It looks so neat now. I LOVE IT. Guys if you havent had your garage done you need to do it. 2 days from flying to the States

I am crazy with anticipation right now. I am trying not to show it at work but all I can think of is going home. There was a sand storm and rain today so the visibility is low. That means we get people moving closer to our perimeter. Which means we fire off rounds. As they set up to send some in our way. So it was a loud night tonight! Nothing matters because I am headed home in 2 days. It will probably take 5 days to get there but who cares I am going home!! Wish me luck.

I forgot to mention The Buzz struck again. They gave me donations for The MudHouse. Thanks ladies!! The troops will love it. I kept the Chock Full of Nuts coffee for my personal stash though!!

I can't believe I have never taken a picture of the bathrooms here at Taji. I talk about it all the time and I never took a picture of the thrown. I have been slacking.

Look at this...it is so simple a thing but I spent my first 7 months using a port-a-potty so I am a little excited about this little room.
